The most complete strength training
system, the BodyCraft Cross Smith comes standard with eight stations including Pec Dec
with range of motion adjustments to fit any size user, Center High Pulley for Lat Pull
Downs, Upper Cable Crossover, Press Bar, Center Low Pulley and Lower Cable Crossover.
The cable stations placed in all four front corners provide a wider range of
exercises, including cable crossovers, lateral raises, cable flys, leg kicks and many
more. Pulleys swivel to provide resistance in any direction. The unique cabling system
provides 1:1 weight ratio to all stations.
An Olympic bar is mounted to the traditional Smith using ball joints allowing just
enough movement in all directions to incorporate maximum muscular involvement. This unique
patented mechanism effectively combines the safety of Smith Machines with the proven
benefits of barbell training. The Olympic bar supports 700 lbs of weight plates, sliding
smoothly on Teflon bushings gliding over hardened solid steel guide rods.
The easily adjusted safety spotter arms maximizes safety and progress thus
exercises can be performed without fear of injury.
Standard accessories include Lat Pull Bar, Row/Curl Bar, Ankle Strap along with two
Single Handles.
The BodyCraft Cross Smith is built to last a lifetime! It is made using heavy 12
gauge 2'' x 3'' and 2'' x 2'' steel tubing, 7 x 19 strand aircraft cable and fiberglass
reinforced nylon pulleys with sealed bearings.
Dimensions: 86'' Wide at top Cable Crossover; 57'' Deep; 83'' High. The entire unit
weighs 375 lbs.
