Powertech Strength Smith Cage
The ultimate gym for the home! The
Smith Cage System is set at a 10 degree angle and incorporates industrial grade linear
bearings that operate on 11/4” heat treated, case hardened, solid steel rods. This
machine is patterned after the gym models that rack the bar by using a solid steel round
pin and hook adjustable catch system. Each steel pin is covered with a PVC sleeve to
prevent scratching. This type of pin/hook catch system is necessary to handle the maximum
weight load. Adjustable safety catches and industrial springs are used to provide safety
stop access. Weight horns are included to store plates in addition to easy on, off access.
The Smith Machine provides dozens of the best muscle building exercises such as squats,
bench presses, rows and many more that can be performed in a safe, controlled fashion. The
high, low Lat section option can be included within the Smith cage system complementing
your home gym with all of the available cables exercises. The lat section incorporates
many of the numerous features found on the P-LM such as solid steel guide rods, nylon
bushing sled and steel shrouded pulley transmission. All Powertec Lat machines come
standard with a contoured lat bar, a short bar and a handle.

BodyCraft Cross Smith Complete Strength Training
System
The most complete strength training
system, the BodyCraft Cross Smith comes standard with eight stations including Pec Dec
with range of motion adjustments to fit any size user, Center High Pulley for Lat Pull
Downs, Upper Cable Crossover, Press Bar, Center Low Pulley and Lower Cable Crossover.
The cable stations placed in all four front corners provide a wider range of
exercises, including cable crossovers, lateral raises, cable flys, leg kicks and many
more. Pulleys swivel to provide resistance in any direction. The unique cabling system
provides 1:1 weight ratio to all stations.
An Olympic bar is mounted to the traditional Smith using ball joints allowing just
enough movement in all directions to incorporate maximum muscular involvement. This unique
patented mechanism effectively combines the safety of Smith Machines with the proven
benefits of barbell training. The Olympic bar supports 700 lbs of weight plates, sliding
smoothly on Teflon bushings gliding over hardened solid steel guide rods.
The easily adjusted safety spotter arms maximizes safety and progress thus
exercises can be performed without fear of injury.
Standard accessories include Lat Pull Bar, Row/Curl Bar, Ankle Strap along with two
Single Handles.
The BodyCraft Cross Smith is built to last a lifetime! It is made using heavy 12
gauge 2'' x 3'' and 2'' x 2'' steel tubing, 7 x 19 strand aircraft cable and fiberglass
reinforced nylon pulleys with sealed bearings.
