arm simply replaces the the barbell making leverage the safest and most effective form of

numerous decline, flat, incline and shoulder press positions. It also incorporates the new
patented linkage system allowing for quick, two position seat section access to be
accomplished. In addition, the seat section is mounted on an axis that allows it to easily
pivot 90 degrees out of the way opening up the inner power area for squats, rows, shrugs
etc. The overhead lat machine provides both high and low pulley exercises utilizing a
lever rather than the traditional guide rod and slider method. The direct cable system is
the smoothest running lat available. Three lat accessory bars along with the lever arm
swivel accessory bar come standard with the unit. The patented arm curl machine accessory
is optional. The WB-LS is built of both 3” square and rectangular heavy duty steel

training available! The WB-MS is constructed of 3” and 2 1/2” steel tubing with
a 12 gauge wall thickness. Lever arms are driven by pillow block bearings. POWERTEC
padding is industrial grade high density foam covered with double stitched upholstery. A
durable baked on construction yellow powder coating finish is applied to all
“Workbench” products. The multi system does not use any cables or pulleys making
it virtually maintenance free. All “Workbench” products incorporate numerous
